Currently more than 3000 employers commit to paying all their directly employed and contracted staff the real living wage as part of our accredited employer network.

The network now boasts over 90 recognised service providers working with us to offer living wage options for contracted staff, ensuring a real living wage is always possible when outsourcing services.

Signal 88 Security are highlighting the benefits of the living wage at every possible opportunity. Richard Webster, Commercial Director said – “We now look forward to actively championing the foundations pledge and encourage employers to pay individuals a sensible, worthwhile and realistic wage that ensure their employees can earn a wage which is enough to live on and gives pride to the recipient; after all this is basic fairness!

Suffice to say it is at the heart of what we are trying to achieve and why Signal 88 Security believe great businesses and organisations choose to go further than the government minimum.”

Living Wage Foundation Director, Katherine Chapman said: “The benefits the Living Wage brings to staff and business are clear. “I welcome the leadership shown by Signal 88 Security on this important issue.”
